Beyond your average-vocab-app: We made Flashcard Hero for those who want to fit more than a few words on each card. You can add lists and use text formatting to structure your content. Cards even expand as you add more text so you can take notes during class and turn them into study cards later.

Here are some suggestions of things that you could highlight.

• Grouping Cards by Text Book Chapters: Organize your cards into topics and sub-topics. Medical students who helped improve the app during development loved this!
• Many Deck Cover Styles: Choose from many available cover card colors and images to easily tell your decks apart.
• Difficulty Level for Each Card: As you rate cards during your study sessions, the app keeps track of all ratings and calculates an individual difficulty level for each card. This lets you later on find cards you are not 100% confident about and repeat those. Also great for refreshing your memory right before a test.
• Taking Notes During Class: Cards expand automatically as you write. This is great for taking notes during class. Once you get home you can take your notes and turn them into study cards.
